PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how Disciplined Agent handles information when you use it. Disciplined Agent is provided by Corey Bonds, an individual developer based in Alabama, United States. For privacy questions, contact privacy@disciplinedagent.app.

Summary. Disciplined Agent was designed with privacy in mind. There are no accounts and no login — you don't sign up, and we don't have a user database. Your data stays on your device: all leads, notes, showings, and other information you enter are stored locally on your iPhone using iOS local storage, and we do not transmit, copy, or store this information on our servers. We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase, advertising SDKs, or any other tracking tools, so we do not know if or how you use the app. The only outbound data is the AI Coaching feature, described below.

On-Device Storage. When you use Disciplined Agent, you enter information about your real estate business and your clients, including your clients' names, phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses, along with notes, follow-up reminders, timestamps, showing records, dates, feedback, income figures, goals, and other lists you create within the app. This information is stored only on your iPhone. It is not transmitted to us, copied to any server we operate, or backed up to a service we control. It exists in your device's local app storage and is removed when you delete the app. You are responsible for the information you choose to enter, including making sure you have the right to store contact information about your clients under applicable laws and your professional obligations.

Contacts Permission. If you choose to use the Import Contacts feature, the app requests permission to read your iPhone contacts so you can quickly add a contact as a lead. The app reads contacts only when you actively use the import feature, and contacts are processed on your device — we do not transmit your contacts list anywhere. You can revoke contacts permission at any time in iOS Settings, under Privacy and Security, then Contacts.

AI Coaching Feature. Disciplined Agent includes an AI coaching feature that generates responses to questions you ask about real estate scripts, objection handling, and similar topics. When you use this feature, the text you type is sent over the internet to a server we operate (a proxy hosted on Vercel), our proxy forwards your text to Anthropic's API (the company that makes the Claude AI model), and Anthropic generates a response that is returned to the app and displayed on your screen. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, IP address, or any other identifier, and we do not send any of your stored leads, notes, showings, income data, or other on-device information — only the specific text you type into the coaching prompt. What Anthropic does with the text is governed by Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/legal/privacy. As a precaution, do not type sensitive personal information about your clients into the AI coaching feature; use it for general advice and scripting questions.

What We Do Not Collect. To be explicit: we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any account information, because there are no accounts. We do not collect your IP address, device identifiers, advertising IDs, or location. We do not track which features you use, how long you use the app, or when you open it. We do not use cookies, web beacons, or similar tracking technologies — Disciplined Agent is a native iOS app, not a website. We do not share your data with advertisers, analytics providers, marketing partners, or any third party other than Anthropic for the AI Coaching feature described above. We do not sell your data — we have no data to sell.

Children. Disciplined Agent is intended for licensed real estate agents and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, contact us at the email above and we will work with you to address it, though as noted we do not collect or store user information on our servers.

Security. Information you enter into Disciplined Agent is protected by your iPhone's standard device security, including passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, and full-disk encryption. Because we do not store your data on a server, there is no server-side database for us to secure or for an attacker to breach. The AI Coaching feature transmits your typed prompts over HTTPS, encrypted in transit. Once the text reaches Anthropic, it is subject to Anthropic's security practices. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices. To delete your data, delete the app from your iPhone — all locally stored information is removed. To stop using AI Coaching, simply do not use the coaching feature; no data is sent to our proxy or to Anthropic unless you actively use it. To revoke contacts access, open iOS Settings, then Privacy and Security, then Contacts.

Changes to This Policy. If we update this policy, the "Last updated" date at the top will change and we will post the new version inside the app. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
